Make the first
impression count.
These self-initiated designs explore three fictional example brands: Bellora, Form & Field, and Wells & Co. Each starts with what a visitor wants to see, understand, or do.
A table worth
making plans for.
Bellora pairs rich food photography and a warm dining room with cream and burgundy. The menu and reservation choices stay easy to find.
Give people a feel for the evening.
Food and interior images do different jobs: one shows what’s on the table, the other helps guests picture being there. The design gives both room.
Then make the practical parts easy.
A restaurant site needs to help someone choose a meal, plan a visit, and reserve a table. The layout brings those choices into the page without letting them compete with the photography.
Let the products set the tone.
Form & Field uses warm neutrals and large product photographs to introduce its homeware collection. Ceramics, tableware, and home accents take the lead.
Shopping categories help a visitor find a starting point. A short brand story gives the collection some context as they browse.
Clarity builds confidence.
Wells & Co. pairs a navy header with office photography and clear accounting and advisory service descriptions. The design helps a business owner understand what to ask about.
The page moves from the firm’s services to its approach and a contact invitation. It gives someone enough context to decide whether to ask for a conversation.
The design follows the business.
We start with what your customers need to know before they contact you or buy. That helps us decide what belongs on each page and how it should look.
