I am Collin Matheny. I run Matheny Media Co. by myself, and I take on one new dental practice a month. That is on purpose. When you hire me, you get me on the shoot, on the ads, and on the follow-up, not a junior account rep and a spreadsheet.

The story

I would rather do great work for a few practices than okay work for a lot of them.

Most marketing agencies are built to sign as many clients as they can and spread thin people across all of them. I went the other way. I keep my roster small on purpose so every practice I work with gets my full attention and my actual hands on the work.

When you hire me, I do the work myself. I fly to your office (or drive, if you are close to me on the Treasure Coast) and run the shoot in person. I film your team, your lobby, and your patients so your ads look like your real practice and not stock footage. Then I cut that footage, build your Facebook and Instagram campaigns, manage them day to day, and stay on the follow-up so new leads do not sit and go cold.

I am based in Stuart, Florida, and I work with dental practices across the country. Taking on one new client a month is what lets me keep that promise. It means I am not juggling a dozen accounts and hoping nobody notices. It means when something needs to move fast for your practice, I am the one who moves it.

Where this started

The proof is my dad's chair.

Stuart Dental Spa is a 25-year cosmetic practice on the Treasure Coast. It is also my dad's practice. Before I stepped in, three different agencies had tried and failed to bring in new patients. Lead generation had basically collapsed.

I ran the same system I run for everyone: an on-site shoot, Facebook and Instagram ads built on that footage, and fast follow-up. Over about 90 days (Nov 2025 to Feb 2026), it brought in 280 intake leads, and 146 of them were worked into the sales pipeline. The practice grew 48.8%. I am not going to dress that up. It is one client, it happens to be family, and it is on record.
