What does the shoot cost?

Filming is an optional premium service, quoted separately for your location, shoot plan, and deliverables. It is not included automatically in remote ad management. We agree on travel and production scope before scheduling a visit.

What actually happens on shoot day?

We agree on the shoot length and plan around your office schedule. We can capture the doctor, authorized team, front desk, rooms, and natural explanations of care without filming patients. You will have prompts and direction, but no stiff script to memorize.

Do my patients have to be on camera?

No. We can plan the shoot around authorized staff and empty rooms. A patient appearance or story is a separate decision that requires appropriate authorization and the practice's privacy review before filming.

What do I get out of it?

You receive the footage and edited versions agreed in the scope, built around the treatments and placements you need. The on-site footage shows your actual doctor, team, and office. Supporting stock or generated visuals, if used in an edit, are illustrative and never stand in for your identity or results.
