Meta Ads for Dental and Orthodontic Practices
Put your practice in front of more nearby people who need care.

I run Facebook and Instagram ads for independent dental and orthodontic practices using video filmed inside the real office. The goal is simple: help more nearby people notice the practice, trust it, and contact the team about care.
Most people scrolling Facebook and Instagram are not searching for a dentist or orthodontist that minute, but many have been putting off a visit, thinking about their smile, or wondering whether it is time for braces or aligners. Good ads put your practice in front of them at the right moment and give them an easy reason to reach out.
The reason this works is the video. Because the ads show your real team and office, people can feel more comfortable with the practice before they ever call. That trust gives them a stronger reason to reach out.
You do not have to manage the ads yourself. I build them, watch what is working, and send a simple update from accounts your practice owns so you can see how many people reached out and what each inquiry cost.
What's included
You always know what you are paying.
90-day initial engagement, then month-to-month. One new practice per month.
Ad spend is Paid by your practice directly to the ad platform. Matheny Media never takes custody of it. The retainer covers management and Ongoing management for the flagship campaign. Additional channels or locations are scoped separately.
What could a few more accepted cases mean for production?
Use your practice's real case value, inquiry volume, acceptance rate, and ad spend. This is planning math, not a forecast or guarantee.
Implant cases commonly run $3,000 to $6,000+ (full-arch well beyond that), ortho $5,000 to $7,000. Use your real number.
The case-study practice averaged 5 to 10 new leads a day at peak. We will be conservative here.
Show rate and close rate combined. If 100 leads turn into 12 started cases, that is 12%.
Paid by your practice straight to the ad platform. I never touch it.
Math, not a promise. Every practice is different, that is why the first step is a plan, not a contract.
The stuff practice owners ask about this.
Setup is $3,000 one time, which covers the on-site shoot, campaign build, tracking, and focused pages in the signed scope. Management is $1,500/mo. Ad spend is separate ($1,500+/mo) and goes from your practice straight to the platform.
Setup and the shoot usually take a few weeks, and once campaigns go live the first leads typically show up within days. I will not promise a number, but for context, the one practice I have published numbers for reached a sustained 5 to 10 new leads a day over about 90 days.
No. The shoot is part of setup. I come to your practice for a half day and film the doctor, team, office, and approved patient questions. That footage becomes the ads and gives local people a real practice to evaluate instead of another stock image.
Your front desk does. Before launch, we test where calls and forms arrive, who owns the first response, and where the office records the booking result. We start with the practice software and process you already use.
90-day initial engagement, then month-to-month. One new practice per month. You own the ad account, approved campaign assets, tracking, and first-party inquiry data, so those stay with the practice if we stop working together.
